Stars are a virtual currency used on Novelsocean to unlock premium chapters and other digital content.

All purchases of stars are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, stars are credited instantly to your account and may be used to unlock premium content on the platform. Stars do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Digital Content Purchases

All novels, chapters, and premium reading materials available on Novelsocean are digital products delivered instantly to the user's account after purchase.

When a user unlocks a chapter using stars or purchases premium content, the content becomes immediately accessible through their account. Once access has been granted, the product is considered delivered and consumed.

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases of unlocked chapters or accessed content are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Novelsocean maintains internal system records including purchase logs, chapter unlock activity, and account access history. These records may be used as evidence to verify that digital content was delivered successfully.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account and ensuring their device, internet connection, and browser are compatible with our platform.

Issues caused by device limitations, internet connectivity problems, browser extensions, or user-side configuration are not grounds for refunds.
